Reinaldo Medina

Reinaldo “Ray” Medina, was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Mr. Medina has an MA in Criminal Justice. In 2003, Reinaldo began his federal law enforcement career as a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBP) in the Great State of Texas. In 2010, Ray moved back to Puerto Rico and started his career as Special Agent for Homeland Security Investigations. Ray specializes in child exploitation investigations, which is his passion. Ray voluntary services includes, Hogar Casa de Todos in Juncos and Operation Underground Railroad (NGO to protect children around the world). Reinaldo is the father of a daughter and given his profession, he knows first hand the need to protect our children in the community. For that reason, he is very excited of joining the 10-8 InService team and continue serving the community and promoting the wellbeing of our children, our society’s next generation.
