Born in Puerto Rico, Eric is a US Air Force C-130H2 aircraft Navigator with 18 years of experience, combat veteran and currently Commander of the 256th Security Forces Squadron. Eric’s passion is to help others and brings over 20 years as a federal law enforcement officer to our organization.
Maribel González
Maribel González was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Mrs. González holds several academic degrees, to include: Associate Degree in Pharmacy, a BA in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology and a MA in Human Resources. She currently holds a position in the Health Department of Puerto Rico and has been detailed working with different agencies. Throughout her career, she has worked with children, have developed investigations related to drug fraud, as well as commercial fraud. Currently detailed working with cases related to crimes against children. Maribel Gonzalez’s passion is in helping vulnerable children. She finds great satisfaction in helping others in the community and is very excited of being part of the 10-8 InService team.
Adriana Díaz
Born and raised in Puerto Rico 5 years ago I left the island with the purpose of striving to find a better future and give back to the island. Currently, I have completed my studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Psychology. Working with the Department of Homeland Security has provided me with a set of tools and skills that has helped me grow professionally at an early age. Ever since I was in high school I knew I had a calling to help others and combine the best of my abilities to do so. 10-8 In Service has become a huge part of my life, giving me a chance to respond to that calling. Helping save lives, build a better society for future generations to come, provide support and most importantly stop bullying.
Alek Pacheco
Alek Pacheco, was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Alek has a MA in Criminal Justice. Since 2003, Alek began his career in the law enforcement community. Alek specializes in protecting children. Mr. Pacheco voluntary service includes participation as advisor for different youth development community groups, Hogar de Niños de San Juan and monthly cyberbullying prevention outreach in the community. Alek is the father of three children.
Donna Bisignano
Donna Bisignano was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Mrs. Bisignano holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. Thru out her career, Mrs. Bisignano has held position in public service with the Government of Puerto Rico, the City of Orlando and Orange County Government. Since 2003 Mrs. Bisignano, holds a position as a criminal analyst in the law enforcement community. Mrs. Bisignano voluntary service includes the Crisis Nursery in Orlando and Hogar de Niñas in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Felix Vélez
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Felix Velez is a committed law enforcement officer with over 20 years of experience. Specialized in electronic devices, automated gear, graphics, and video production, Felix joins the 10-8 InService team to ensure the best digital quality in support of all media products for the organization and the finest experience for participants of the organization’s educational program, 10-8 Squad.
Sarai Irizarry
Sarai Irizarry Irizarry was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Mrs. Irizarry hold a BA in Social Work from the Catholic University and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the Inter American University. For the last 16 years, she has been working to prevent child maltreatment. Throughout her career, she has taught different courses in human conduct, gained experience with sexual abuse victims and supervised clinical scenarios. Currently, Mrs. Irizarry dedicates her time to interview cyber crime and human trafficking victims.
